Dove Developments has been building a property portfolio across Worcester and Knighton for several years, commercial and residential, with previous holdings in France, and we’re actively developing more. That gives us hands-on experience on both sides of the table: as a landlord managing our own buildings, and as a developer taking sites through planning and into use.
Recent example: our conversion at 10 London Road, Worcester, a first-storey extension and remodelling of existing units to create 3 apartments, approved by Worcester City Council in January 2021, is typical of the smaller, city-centre projects we take on. The ground-floor unit there is now home to Key2Secure Locksmiths.
